Thursday Group Dog Obedience Class - All levels welcome!

    Roseville · verified Oct 11
    See details

An outdoor group dog obedience class in Roseville, CA offers a friendly, supportive setting that welcomes every experience level. Instruction centers on force-free, reward-based methods that build a strong relationship between handlers and their dogs, and each session adjusts to the teams that attend. Participants practice core skills such as sit, down, stay, stand, recall, and watch, along with polite greetings, calm sits for petting, loose-leash walking, focus around distractions, and impulse control. Preparation for the AKC Canine Good Citizen is included. Puppies under one year may be eligible to test for the AKC STAR Puppy title after completing six classes. The series is priced at $350 for six sessions and is led by instructor Aaron Wood with Aaron’s Pawsitive Coaching. For everyone’s safety and comfort, dogs stay on leash at all times and teams give one another plenty of space. Dogs in heat are not permitted, and harsh corrections, e-collars, prong or shock collars, and retractable or flexi-lead leashes are not allowed. Plan to bring proof of current vaccinations with identification, high-value treats, a six-foot leash, a 15 to 20 foot long line for distance work, water for both handler and dog, potty bags, and an optional chair. Classes take place outdoors, so dressing for the weather is recommended. One adult handler is required per dog. Attendance involves agreeing to a liability release for the organizers and the municipalities of Rocklin or Roseville, and consenting to photography or filming for promotional use without compensation.

Tyler Hubbard with Niko Moon & Graham Barham

The Venue at Thunder Valley, 1174 Athens Ave, Lincoln · verified Oct 11
    See details

Country hitmaker Tyler Hubbard headlines The Venue at Thunder Valley alongside Niko Moon and Graham Barham. Hubbard arrives with a track record that includes 23 No. 1 singles, major awards, and sellout tours from his years in Florida Georgia Line and his solo career, which has already surpassed 2 billion streams. His Gold-certified solo debut delivered the 2x Platinum "5 Foot 9" and the chart-topping "Dancin' In The Country," also 2x Platinum. Follow-up singles "Back Then Right Now" and "Park" both reached No. 1 as well, making him the only country artist to stack four straight chart-toppers across both duo and solo eras. He is also rolling out new music beginning with the single "Land." Niko Moon brings an upbeat spirit and a philosophy of feel-good resilience. His album American Palm leans into a sun-soaked, beachy groove with songs like "Boat Song" and "King of the Island." Beyond the stage, he channels that positivity into the Happy Cowboy Foundation and his Happy Himalayan water brand. Graham Barham rounds out the bill with "club country," a collision of booming 808s and steel guitar shaped by small-town Louisiana roots and wide-ranging influences from George Strait to Justin Bieber. Named an artist to watch by Spotify and Amazon Music, he has written for peers like Wyatt Flores, Chase Matthew, and Tyler Braden. Signed to Sony Music Nashville and Disruptor Records, he recently notched his biggest debut with the viral single "OIL MONEY," the title track to an EP that also features "WHISKEY WHISKEY," "LIE TO ME," and "SHOOT THE LOCK," as his total streams approach the half-billion mark. This event is for guests 21 and older. Guests 13 to 20 may attend only with a supervising adult who is at least 21 and must remain accompanied at all times.
