The experience is suitable for all ages, with preshow activities that include meet and greets with characters, games hosted by a DJ and chances for photos, followed by the movie after sunset. Admission and parking are free, and food and drinks can be purchased from on-site trucks and concessions. Wild Fork sponsors the evening and will have a food truck serving items such as Angus beef sliders, veggie burgers, chicken tenders and loaded pulled pork tots.

A vendor expo will be available, and light refreshments will be provided. A complimentary Memory Cafe will be offered for loved ones with early to midstage dementia during the session.
