Transcendence : A Kambo Kinship Ceremony
A Kambo kinship ceremony centers on a sacred Amazonian practice involving the application of secretion from the skin of Phyllomedusa bicolor, the giant monkey tree frog. Rooted in indigenous traditions of cleansing and spiritual work, participants often report benefits such as increased mental clarity, shifts in awareness, and a renewed sense of connection. The ritual is described as supporting purification of toxins and impurities and physical restoration, with references to anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects as well as bioactive and neuropeptides that provide amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Many also speak to sharper focus and energy afterward, with reports of support for learning and easing brain fog, depression or anxiety, and symptoms associated with ADHD and PTSD. Ceremonies are also associated with emotional release that can help clear energetic blockages and with practices that deepen spiritual connection to the natural world. If it is your first time at EDENOLOGY there is a waiver process before ceremony to confirm safety and screen for contraindications, and a consultation can be scheduled to answer questions and begin that process. Please dress in layers, bring a journal and any crystals you want to work with, and arrive fasted from food for seven hours. Double purified water filtered through Aquasana and Kangen systems to approximately 7 pH will be provided during the ceremony. The session is served by Curanderas Andria and Keauna.
