Celebrate National Farmers Market Week at the Dillon Farmers Market. This community gathering is a great chance to shop Colorado-grown produce, locally made foods, artisan goods, and handcrafted products while enjoying Dillon’s mountain scenery and lively summer atmosphere. Please note it is a no-pet event due to health code protocol.

Catch a live performance by Andy Stratton as part of the Keystone Concert Series. Expect a high-energy mix of alternative and classic rock, modern country, and 80s favorites, with a set that runs from 90s hits to tunes you may recognize from childhood. The show is free and takes place at the Info Center in River Run Village.

The day features food, live music, games, and time together, including a performance by Shaky Hand String Band and food from Mercado La Perla. Games include Gaga Ball, cornhole, scavenger hunts, and more. Admission is free, and donations offer a chance to win a trip to Mexico. An RSVP is requested to help plan food quantities.

Bring the whole family to a heartwarming, free movie night featuring Inside Out. The story follows Riley as we meet her emotions, Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust, and explore how feelings shape experiences and relationships. It’s facilitated in English, and kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The event is intended for Summit County residents only.

Dillon Amphitheater presents Mountain Music Mondays with a free concert featuring The Crane Wives and special guest Brye. This show benefits Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center. For free events, tickets or preregistration are not needed unless that is clearly stated on the event page. Admission is first come, first served, and if capacity is reached the venue will move to a one-in, one-out policy. Reentry is allowed for free shows unless the venue is already full, and early arrival is suggested for high-demand performances. The Crane Wives grew out of the folk revival and now channel a rock and roll edge, blending harmony-rich melodies with lyrics that face vulnerability and the harsher sides of life. Their live sets are noted for both emotional charge and technical precision. AstroMark returns to the Historic Park Gazebo for an evening centered on the peak of the Perseids. Choose from four no-cost, guided stargazing tours, each lasting 40 minutes and led by trained guides. Reserve a spot by calling the Frisco Historic Park & Museum at 970-668-3428, as capacity is limited. Guests without a reservation may not secure a tour, but they can still use the stand-alone telescopes and talk with AstroMark’s stargazers. Bring a jacket and wear comfortable shoes. Join the Frisco Historic Park Summer Lecture Series for a free lecture on Black history in Colorado, covering the story of Black Americans from the 1850s to today. The talk will highlight the contributions of homesteaders, cowboys, military members, medical and business professionals, and community members to Colorado history. Seating is limited and first-come, first-served, and doors open at 11:45 AM so you can get settled before the lecture begins.

Terri Gentry of History Colorado presents a talk tracing the experiences and contributions of Black Americans in Colorado from the 1850s to today. The program highlights homesteaders, cowboys, military personnel, medical and business professionals, and community members, showing how their work helped shape the state. Admission is free. Seating is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. For indoor lectures, pets and outside food are not permitted.

Young riders can take part in a free race series at Copper Mountain that introduces kids to cycling in a safe and encouraging setting. Using balance or pedal bikes, participants navigate a kid-sized course through Center Village tailored to their height and experience, with an emphasis on building confidence, coordination, and a love of the outdoors. Courses are set for Strider-level riding, and children up to 6 years old of any ability are welcome. A limited number of bikes will be available to borrow on a first come basis at the venue. Presented by Copper Village Merchants and Mountain Sprouts Academy, this installment is Race 2 in the Little Riders Rally and features a distance course.

Enjoy an intimate evening of chamber music at Dillon Community Church featuring Brenda Ishikawa on piano, Yoshi Ishikawa on bassoon, Marisa Ishikawa and Sam Weiser on violins, Korine Fujiwara on viola, Shane Werts on oboe, and David Dietz on cello. The program includes Benjamin Britten’s Phantasy Quartet, Op. 2, Bill Douglas’s Partita No. 2, J. S. Bach’s Trio Sonata in E minor, BWV 528, Franz Danzi’s Bassoon Quartet in D minor, Op. 40, No. 2, and Gernot Wolfgang’s Lyrical Intermezzo. Libations, appetizers, and desserts are offered before the music begins, followed by the performances. The concert is free and open to all.
