Tours are brief and require no advance registration. Those with only a little time can skip the tour and climb 96 steps to the top for views of the park and the State Capitol. If the forecast is uncertain, the organizers share cancellation updates on their website. Street parking is available around the park, and payment at the kiosk is required.

Enjoy a free monthly tabletop gaming space created for queer young adults ages 18 to 24. Board games, tabletop roleplaying games, card games, and more will be available to explore, and all identities are welcome. The gathering is presented in partnership with Q Plus, a youth-led, volunteer-run group that began in 2019 to address gaps in queer youth programming across Connecticut. After receiving 501(c)(3) status in 2022, Q Plus expanded to offer weekly youth groups, open mics, summer camps, and support services for schools.

The KNOX Farmers Market features fresh, locally grown produce from Hartford. It serves as a hub between the KNOX Urban Farming Program and the surrounding community, offering a chance to support Urban Farmers as they build their businesses.
