Participants step into the dolphins' world during their evening enrichment by offering a jello treat that is safe for dolphins, creating warm, close-up moments with the animals. Throughout the program, the center’s marine mammal specialists share stories and expertise, answer questions about intelligence, training, behavior, and marine conservation, and provide candid insights in a relaxed, small-scale setting. As the sky shifts toward twilight, the celebration includes a champagne toast while waves lap nearby and the sounds of the dolphins carry across the water, all framed by Florida Keys scenery. Attendance is limited and the program is scheduled once each month. Members receive a booking code by email to access member pricing.

Set in the field at San Pablo Church, this open-air farmers market features two produce stands alongside specialty options such as imported cheeses, Argentinian empanadas, Mediterranean fare, baked goods, imported clothing, jewelry, olive oils, beach towels, and additional vendors. Admission and parking are free.

Volunteers will spend one hour collecting litter around Lazy Way and along Caroline Street in a cleanup hosted by The Marker Resort. Check in by the Wyland Wall to receive a vest, gloves, a bucket, and a litter picker. A new parking pass is available at check-in for complimentary parking in the city lot. One focused hour can make a real difference, and light breakfast treats will be offered afterward courtesy of The Marker.

Hosted by Fausto's Food Palace, this one hour cleanup focuses on clearing leftover Holiday Parade candy and other litter along White Street and Truman Avenue. Participants can check in at the Fausto's Food Palace parking lot to receive a vest, bucket, and picker before heading out. Even a brief effort helps refresh the area and make a noticeable difference.

The program features Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter from The Four Seasons, along with Vivaldi’s La Follia. This is a tribute concert and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the artist, their estate, or official representatives. The performance lasts about 60 minutes, and doors open one hour before the concert begins. Late entry is not allowed. Guests must be at least 8 years old, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The venue is ADA compliant, and seating within each zone is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
