   Plant City Man Busted With 16 Pounds of Cocaine, Guns

   A traffic stop in Plant City, Florida, led to the arrest of 33-year-old Lino Moctezuma Rosas, who was allegedly armed with 16.2 pounds of cocaine, a pound of methamphetamine, five firearms, three illegal automatic conversion devices, two bump-fire stocks, and $79,510 in cash.
