Families can connect with local organizations and find guidance on readiness skills, developmental milestones, early childhood services, community programs, and educational materials. Educators can meet community partners and explore resources for kindergarten transitions, instructional strategies, classroom materials, and tools that link families to community supports. Confirmed partners include Family Network on Disabilities, Help Me Grow and Heart of Florida United Way, Park Place Behavioral, Osceola Library System, R.I.S.E. Up Osceola, and the Florida Department of Education Division of Early Learning. Educational materials and resources will be available for families and educators while supplies last. Support comes from Lakeshore, FLAEYC, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Teaching Strategies, and Discount School Supply. Separate registration is available for families and for educators.

Maker Faire Orlando 2026 brings a world-renowned celebration of invention, creativity, and curiosity to Central Florida Fairgrounds and Exposition Park. Explore maker culture across a huge range of exhibits, large-scale art and spectacle, stage talks, competitions, and plenty of hands-on opportunities to build and learn. Creators who make, play, tinker, and hack share projects spanning robotics, cosplay, STEM and STEAM, content creation, science, electronics, tools and materials, and many surprising inventions you might not have seen before. Every ticket includes Robot Ruckus, the combat robot competition featuring teams from across the U.S., along with robots on display from the BattleBots TV show. Most exhibits and activity areas run throughout the weekend, while stage talks, panels, timed demonstrations, and competitions happen at scheduled times. Key details for attendees include rain-or-shine operation and a no refunds or exchanges policy. Tickets cannot be replaced or transferred to another Faire, but they may be transferred to another attendee before use. Student tickets apply to college students with a current college ID. First responders, active military, and veterans receive free admission with identification. Employees of schools, colleges, universities, and libraries also receive free admission with identification. Weekend passes are not shareable, and single day passes are valid for one day only. After purchase, tickets can be shown on a mobile device at the gate or printed at home. A dedicated Field Trip Day invites students, teachers, and homeschool families to experience hands-on learning, creativity, and innovation. Free on-site parking is available nearby. Outside food or beverages are not permitted unless required for medical, dietary, or religious reasons, and a variety of food options will be available for purchase. Strollers, backpacks, and a bottle of water are allowed. Pets are not permitted for their safety, while trained service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome. The event spans three large indoor exhibit halls and also features outdoor exhibits and competitions. Located within Universal Orlando's CityWalk, the venue enforces a strict entry policy that prohibits backpacks, video cameras, tablets, and cameras with extended lenses. A family-focused community walk at downtown Kissimmee Lakefront Park centers on helping keep kids off the street. Last year the effort provided more than $30,000 in community donations from over 135 local attractions, businesses, and restaurant sponsors, including three children’s bikes from Napleton Kissimmee, weekend getaway packages for youth and adults, and a $500 scholarship for higher education, aiming to give back even more this year.

A Jack White performance at Hard Rock Live Orlando features a phone-free setup that focuses on being present. When you arrive, staff will place your phone in a small locking pouch that stays with you. If you need to use it for any reason, go to clearly marked areas in the lobby or concourse where you can unlock the pouch, then secure it again before returning to the show. Because some points of sale may be cashless, bringing a physical credit card is recommended. For social sharing, the tour photographer will release photos and video after the show so you can download and repost through official channels. Rooted in a spirit of community, compassion, and generosity, this nonprofit cattle show at the Kissimmee Livestock Pavilion provides support to families dealing with sudden hardships. Over the years it has grown from a cattle show into a tradition that brings together exhibitors, sponsors, and the local community to create meaningful help when it is needed most. Expect cattle show competitions, custom championship buckles, a silent auction with additional fundraising opportunities, and vendors, all focused on aiding a family in need. The event continues to grow while staying true to the purpose at its core.

The first annual Solivita Toys For Tots golf tournament will be held at Stonegate Golf Club in Solivita. Participants can look forward to swag bags plus lunch with beer and water provided. The winning team takes home a $500 prize, and there are two $10,000 hole-in-one contests, along with other perks. Registration is open, and sponsors are welcome, with recognition planned on tournament day and again the next day at a concert and toy drive.
