    Spill The T.E.A. Community Circle

Orlando · Spiral Circle Bookstore & More, 750 N Thornton Ave

This monthly in-person community circle offers a gentle pause to slow down through the lens of Time, Expectations, and Access. It is a welcoming place to land in your body, in your real life, and in what is true right now. Together, participants explore how time can feel stretched, rushed, stuck, or out of rhythm, how expectations show up as shoulds, roles, inner pressure, and inherited standards, and how access relates to capacity, support, resources, boundaries, and what is genuinely available. It can be a supportive fit if you have been carrying a lot and need space to exhale, if you feel distant from your needs or inner clarity, if you are in a season of transition and want steadier footing, or if you want meaningful community without any pressure to overshare. You are welcome exactly as you are. Facilitation is led by Colette McLeod, a Licensed Therapist and facilitator who supports individuals and groups in reconnecting with themselves through grounded reflection, nervous system truth telling, and a blend of modern and ancient practices. Her approach centers sustainable change by honoring what is real without abandoning yourself in the process.
