Featured within the Made in America: A Musical Legacy series, the show celebrates quilting as a defining American art form and uplifts the voices that contribute to the nation’s cultural fabric. The result is a heartfelt tribute that stitches together history, heritage, and community as part of America 250: Tapestry of Generations in Roswell.

Settle in on the lawn at Roswell City Hall for Music on the Hill, featuring Piano Man vs Rocket Man, a tribute to the timeless hits of Billy Joel and Elton John. Mark Kovaly and Daniel Deal deliver a lively, piano-fueled faceoff filled with well-loved songs, from Piano Man to Rocket Man, and plenty of energy from start to finish. The series is part of America250 in Roswell and spotlights the defining sounds of the 1980s that helped shape modern American music. Admission is free and open to the public.
