Cardio Dance with Jen delivers an upbeat, easy to follow workout that helps you tune out distractions and move for a full hour. Set to lively music, the routine focuses on simple steps that keep you sweating without overthinking. No rhythm or prior dance experience is needed, and there is no pressure to match every move... just go at your own pace. Plus members take the class for free, and non members are welcome for $12 per session. Reserve a spot in the member app, or stop by to learn more.
Boone FLEXDrop-In Pickleball
Drop in for a casual pickleball session where you can learn the basics and get comfortable with the rules in a non-competitive setting. It runs as an open, drop-in program, and equipment and instruction are provided. Admission is free with a membership or $5 for a day pass.
Albaugh Family Senior Community CenterPortrait Painting Ages 18+
Art of the Portrait is a portrait painting class for ages 18 and up. Over a two-hour session, students explore how to create a portrait using oil-focused techniques, with the option to use other media as well. You can choose to paint from a photo or work from a self-portrait using a mirror, and you’ll practice color, likeness, and different ways to depict a person on canvas. All skill levels are welcome, and the class is capped at 10 students.
