School's Out Special: It's a Puzzle!
Enjoy a hands-on puzzle activity where you can work on puzzles and also create one of your own. All necessary materials will be available in Meeting Rooms A and B.
Coralville Public LibraryCardio Dance Jam
Kick off the weekend with Cardio Dance Jam, a fast paced cardio dance session created for adults at any experience level. No prior dance background is needed, just bring your energy, a smile, and a love of music. Expect invigorating, easy to follow routines set to feel good, high energy tracks. The atmosphere is welcoming and focused on fun. Each class takes place at Anahata Wellness Co-op and costs 15 dollars per person per class. The instructor, Jess Reilly, is a lifelong dancer who brings professional experience and contagious energy to every session. Her background includes a national award winning high school dance team that was featured on ESPN, three years as a Roughrider Cheerleader, teaching and choreography work at studios in Napa, California and Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and experience as a dance competition judge and former Zumba instructor. Her classes are built to help you feel confident, energized, and free in your body whether you are an experienced dancer or simply looking to move and have fun.
