Options include dance fitness taught by a rotating roster of instructors, yoga sessions, group walks, group runs, and bike rides. Walks and runs typically cover one to four miles, with routes that change each week and occasional destination outings. Bike rides vary in distance and also explore new routes. Activities take place outdoors, so weather-ready clothing is encouraged. For classes, a water bottle is recommended, and yoga participants should bring a mat. All abilities are welcome, and no advance registration is needed. Select evenings feature Family Night with a bounce house and additional activities for all ages. This series is presented by Dupaco and supported by 7G Distributing, Iowa Running Company, PCI, STACK Wellness, and Twenty40 Concepts.

This installment features Vandello, bringing a retro-inspired sound with contemporary flair, mixing original tunes and inventive covers that draw on jazz, pop, and soul for a lively, modern speakeasy feel. The Young Artists set showcases the Chase Beightler Trio from Coe College. Beightler, a 2025 Prairie High School graduate, has performed with Orchestra Iowa and at the Corridor Combo Festival, and his trio is slated for the Midweek Opus Jazz Oasis series in 2027. The music takes place at Noelridge Park and is broadcast live on 88.3 KCCK. Guests may pack a picnic or choose from on-site food vendors. Weather-related updates are shared on 88.3 KCCK.
