Rooted in Peace- Yoga & Meditation in the Gardens

Settle into a weekly yoga and meditation gathering at Cedar Valley Arboretum & Botanic Gardens. The experience opens with gentle, yoga-inspired movement to awaken the whole body, then flows into a calming guided meditation that aims to clear away the week’s noise, steady your energy, and reconnect you with the rhythm of nature. Sessions are led by Ashley Kay Andy, a certified yoga and meditation instructor and Reiki practitioner, with occasional guest teachers and collaborations from local practitioners. Surrounded by trees, blossoms, and the soft sounds of the garden, this practice offers space to soothe the nervous system, ease physical tension, and bring quiet to the mind.
