Friends of the Grout Historic Houses present their annual Garden Tour fundraiser, offering a look at a variety of gardens throughout the Cedar Valley. Confirmed stops include the gardens of Dave and Karen Sigl, Ginny and Randy Platte, John Brackin, and Tim and Carol Luce in Waterloo, along with the gardens of Bill and Moria Brown, Joan and Dave Lies, and Lyle and Marlene Brim in Cedar Falls. All proceeds support the Grout Museum District’s Rensselaer Russell House Museum and Snowden House. Admission is $15, and children 12 and under are free. Registration is available in advance or can be purchased at any garden on the day of the event. Presenting support comes from KOCH Construction, with additional sponsorship from Matthias Landscaping.
