Creighton Model Intro Session

Guiding Star Cedar Valley presents an introductory session on the Creighton Model FertilityCare System, a research-based approach to fertility awareness that honors the natural rhythms of a woman's body. Participants will learn how this method can support overall health and provide clear guidance for achieving or avoiding pregnancy, addressing reproductive health concerns, and gaining a deeper understanding of personal cycles. The session is geared toward women interested in natural alternatives to conventional contraception and practical tools to make informed decisions about fertility care, with a focus on knowledge, respect for the body, and confidence in navigating reproductive health.
