Soul-Care Circle (with Gong Meditation) for Spring Renewal
An open circle centered on body, mind, and spirit wellness offers space to connect inward and with others who share holistic interests. It welcomes energy-sensitive people, empaths, generous givers and healers, and anyone exploring self-healing or seeking answers about getting started. The gathering serves as a supportive forum with time for questions, quiet introspection, encouragement, reflection, and group-requested practices such as meditation, breath practices, and gentle movement. It is facilitated by Jennifer L. Smith, LMT, Certified Embodiment Coach, Reiki Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator, and founder of Holistic Journey, a healing collective supporting whole-person wellness. A typical flow includes a warm welcome with brief introductions, a grounding meditation, time to voice challenges or ask for guidance, moments to acknowledge recent wins and ongoing progress or plans, and space to request focus areas for the next meeting or inner work between sessions, followed by a closing circle. RSVP in advance is preferred for space planning. Donations are accepted on a sliding scale beginning at $22, with pay-what-aligns options.
