Rue Marche100 Father’s Day Event
Designed for fathers from Freeport, Rockford, South Beloit, Elgin, and the wider 815 area, this community celebration at Levings Lake in Rockford, Illinois aims to gather 100 fathers and their families for an evening of music, performances, vendors, and giveaways. The program begins with registration and a welcome from a host to be announced, followed by a live DJ to set the mood. Featured performances include Devonese, an Atlanta-based vocalist and 2026 Southern Soul Music Awards nominee, Rockford’s own Kandrice Jackson, V Sunshyn from Jackson, Mississippi and a 2026 Southern Soul Awards nominee, and Tina Renee, a local favorite and lead singer of the Synergy Band. Lil Rounds, a Season 8 American Idol finalist from Memphis and a 2026 Southern Soul Awards nominee, headlines before a final DJ set and closing remarks. Vendors will offer a range of goods and services throughout, with a focus on celebrating fatherhood and community. Details may change.

This weekly Pokemon League focuses on Standard format play. Once each month there is a League Challenge that offers a slightly more competitive environment with a higher entry fee and additional prizing. Regular league entry is $9, and League Challenge entry is $15. When available, all participants receive a prize pack, and prizes include the most recent Standard set booster packs.
