This installment spotlights Ray Keys, a Louisville artist blending jazz and pop R&B whose artistry was shaped by the civic awakening of 2020. Themes of equity, community, self-expression and love run through his work, expressed through bluesy piano and smooth vocals. He also fronts Ray Keys & the Elementals, with appearances that include Surfside Summer Jams at the Depot.

Each Wednesday from spring through fall, this weekly lunchtime series turns the street into a pedestrian-friendly hub with live music and a lineup of food trucks. The road is closed to vehicles so people working downtown, visitors, and convention attendees can enjoy expanded midday choices in an open setting. Picnic tables are placed on Plaza on Fourth to provide extra seating across from the trucks. Menus range from gourmet dishes to familiar favorites like burgers and tacos, and on select dates there are coffee and frozen desserts. The series is presented by JPMorganChase with support from River City Bank.
