This weekend in Elizabethtown, KY

Loaves of Love, organized by MOD Squad Teen Outreach Ministry, is a community service outreach grounded in faith and humility. Volunteers who plan to help, including anyone running for office, are asked to keep phones in their cars, avoid photos, videos, or any form of campaigning, and commit to serving for the duration of the event. Please participate as a neighbor rather than as a candidate, and serve out of genuine care rather than for visibility. The heart of this effort is ministry, not a stage or platform.

Taking place at Elizabethtown Community & Technical College, this Out of the Darkness Walk brings the community together to support fundraising, raise awareness surrounding suicide, and offer a welcoming environment for those who have been affected. The event includes a ceremony followed by a walk, creating space for reflection, remembrance, and connection.

Corvette enthusiasts can gather for a cruise-in exclusively for Corvettes, where owners from any model year are welcome to showcase their cars. Expect food, prize drawings throughout the event, and a grand prize. Visitors without a Corvette are welcome to stop by and admire the lineup.
