Creative Media Summer Workshops (ages 10-13) is a hands-on, in-person four-day experience where kids learn digital media production through a mix of activities. Over the week, participants will work on creative projects such as scriptwriting, stop-motion animation, voice acting and recording, video production and editing, sound effects (foley), music composition, and designing title slates and credits. Snack breaks are included, and no prior experience is needed.

Join an in-person tango class focused on why sacada is so important structurally. The class breaks down what a boleo is, how the follower’s free leg stays in the right motion as the leader changes direction, and how to avoid anticipating or resisting the moment. You’ll also work through directional boleos, and if you’re ready, contra boleos that move against the expected direction for a different feel.

Head to Faces Brewing in Malden for a Paint Nite session where you’ll paint a Colorful Cactus piece step by step, with all supplies included. No prior experience is needed, and you can come solo, with a couple, or with friends. The event is for ages 21 and up with a valid ID, and it runs alongside a casual paint-and-sip vibe while you get comfortable and create your own finished canvas.
Faces Brewing Co.Tavern Crawl
This is a fully interactive, Dungeons and Dragons-inspired fantasy bar crawl where you and your group take on a two-hour quest across four themed stops. Each group starts every 20 minutes, receives character cards and a one-time-use class power, and meets live actors who present dilemmas to solve through puzzles, choices, and playful roleplaying. The experience is narrated like an adventure, with no wrong answers, just consequences, alliances, and chaos, plus plenty of drinking and audience participation along the way. The crawl includes four real-world tavern locations: Idle Hands Brewing Co., Pearl Street Station, Faces Brewing Co., and Hugh O’Neill’s.
