Led by Norwood High School graduate Kyle Leonard, this jazz orchestra brings together musicians with ties to Norwood High. Many were mentored by Paul Alberta, Norwood’s Director of Music and Fine Arts. Leonard also performed on stage in 2022 with the Boston Pops on the Common during Norwood’s 150th anniversary. The performance at Norwood Town Common highlights the connections between these players and the educators who helped shape their musical paths.

Skerryvore brings a sweeping Scottish sound that is both grounded in tradition and geared for a global stage. The three-time winners of Scotland’s Live Act of the Year have risen from early gigs on the country’s West Coast to major festival appearances across the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK and Europe, delivering high energy shows that still feel personal. At the heart of their set is a vibrant mix of bagpipes, fiddles, accordions and whistles alongside guitar and vocals, all driven by bass, drums and keys to create a contemporary take on Scottish roots. Their seven studio albums reflect a fusion of folk, trad, pop and rock, with the latest release, Tempus, arriving in April 2023. Three singles from that album were added to the BBC Radio 2 new music playlist, the record reached number 1 on both the Official Scottish Album and UK Folk Albums charts, and it entered the Official UK top 40. Recent touring behind Tempus has carried their music throughout the UK, Europe and the United States, resonating with a wide range of listeners.

Magic Room presents a double bill as Old Tom and the Lookouts perform with special guests The Holy Rollers. This will be The Holy Rollers' first appearance at Magic Room. The Boston folk rock outfit draws on influences such as Mumford and Sons, Wilco, and Frightened Rabbit, and they are inspired by artists including Bruce Springsteen, Counting Crows, Brandi Carlile, Van Morrisson, The Band, and Patti Smith. Past performances include Club Passim, Toad, The Plough and Stars, Off the Rails, Vincent's, and City Winery in Massachusetts, Wally's, The Press Room, and Music Hall Lounge in New Hampshire, Sleepwalk and Pete's Candy Store in New York City, Skylark Lounge and Bobcat Club in Colorado, and Ortlieb's, City Winery, and The Poetry Lounge in Pennsylvania.

The Norwood Theatre hosts The Beautiful Losers for a tribute to Bob Seger, featuring an all-star lineup and a special nod to South Shore fans. Lead vocalist Devin Cordeiro brings experience from Last Laugh. Drummer David Stefanelli adds a long list of credits that includes Robert Ellis Orrall, RTZ with Brad Delp and Barry Goudreau formerly of the band Boston, Peter Wolf's Houseparty 5 of the J. Geils Band, and Sully Erna of Godsmack. David Ayotte contributes sax and vocals from The Continentals, alongside Carl Ayotte on sax, guitar, and vocals from All Summer Long and Captain Morgan & The Rum Runners. Steve Baker handles keyboards with background in BeatleJuice with Brad Delp of Boston, Fortune, and Ben Orr of The Cars. Nate Comp plays guitar and sings with roots in Craving Lucy and Rotten Apple. Kevin Elder anchors the bass from Last Laugh and Groove Alliance. Bill Plourde adds guitar and vocals with ties to Fortune and Tangerine.
