Memory Training Series
Boost confidence and sharpen memory in Access Care Partners' Memory Training workshop, a four-week program created by UCLA Longevity Center for adults with mild memory concerns. Certified trainers cover straightforward techniques you can apply immediately to stay organized, remember key details, and ease day-to-day memory frustrations. The series takes place at RiverMills. The Indian Orchard Branch Library kicks off Summer Reading with bubble play on the lawn, outdoor games, and hands-on crafts for every age group. A scavenger hunt around the library and refreshments are included. Participants who register for the Summer Reading Challenge can receive a free book. Activities are planned for all ages.

Chair Yoga at Mason Square Branch Library offers an approachable movement practice that uses a chair for support, featuring gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxation. These sessions aim to support physical wellness, ease stress, and build a sense of community in a safe and welcoming setting. An instructor from Mystic Willow leads the class. Suitable for ages 10 and older. Space is limited, and participation is available on a first come basis.
