Wildlife on Wheels with Forest Park Zoo

Wildlife on Wheels brings Forest Park Zoo to the library with a traveling program led by zoo educators and a roster of live ambassador animals. Participants learn how these creatures live, covering adaptations, habitats, behaviors, diets, and how they are doing in the wild. Possible visitors range from small mammals and small lizards to amphibians, snakes, turtles and tortoises, anthropods, and birds. The program is intended for children alongside their accompanying adults, who should remain and engage with their child throughout. Unattended drop offs are not permitted.

Health & Wellness

Sculpt

A dynamic blend of barre, Pilates, and energizing cardio intervals designed to lengthen, tone, and fire up every muscle. The class transitions from precise barre work to deep, core-centered Pilates in a smooth, spirited flow that keeps you engaged from start to finish. Expect small, targeted movements that bring on the shake, focused core training that builds definition, and quick cardio surges that raise the heart rate, all set to an easy, continuous rhythm. It is low impact with a serious burn, elegant yet tough, and offers a challenge that feels rewarding. Finish feeling strong and sculpted, with a satisfying deep-muscle heat that reflects the effort you put in.
