RAD Springfield Community Bike Shop
RAD Springfield is a community bike shop in Springfield, offering bicycle repairs and accepting bike donations. Technicians restore donated and personal bikes so they are ready for resale or to be shared with the community, and in many cases provide free bicycles to residents who need them for transportation. Volunteers are welcome to get involved, whether to learn repair skills or to contribute existing expertise in support of this work. The shop fosters a welcoming, multicultural atmosphere for all ages. This is a drop-in opportunity with no registration required.

Monday Funday offers a weekly mix of play, building, crafting, and creating. This session highlights Tie Dye. The program is recommended for children ages 6 and older, yet it is open to all ages. Other themes in the series include Bird Feeders, Bee Bath, Nature Collage, Flower Prints, Flapping Butterfly, and All Ages Finger Painting.

Enjoy a gentle, chair-based yoga class at the Mason Square Branch Library for ages 10 and up. An instructor from Mystic Willow guides simple stretches, calming breathing exercises, and relaxation to support well-being, ease stress, and encourage connection in a welcoming setting. Space is limited, and participation is first come, first served.
Mason Square Branch LibraryWeekly Improv Class- Summer Session
Grow your improv skills in a six week series at Unity House Players. Designed for adults, with ages 16 and up welcome with parent permission, this class focuses on spontaneous thinking, active listening, collaboration, scene craft, character relationships, and more while keeping the energy light and full of laughs. All experience levels are invited, with coaching tailored to each participant in an upbeat, supportive environment. Instruction is led by Phantom Sheep Players, known as Western Massachusetts’ longest running professional comedy troupe. The cost is $140 for the full session, with a discount available for UU members and returning students.
