There is no cost to attend and everyone is welcome.

Androscoggin Grange #8 hosts its sixth annual trunk-or-treat, featuring decorated vehicles set up in the parking lot where children can collect candy. Community members who want to take part may set up a decorated trunk and bring candy to share with attendees. Bring a notebook and coloring supplies, and dress for the weather. Parents are welcome to journal alongside their children, which can help keep kids engaged and excited about the experience.

A monthly homeschool clay class invites young artists to create a complete project over two sessions, moving from shaping and detailing to glazing and final firing. November’s focus is on melted snowman, cookie, and snowflake ornaments. Students learn foundational clay techniques, how to use and care for tools, and the habit of cleaning their workspace. Designed for ages 8 and up, with children under 10 attending with an assisting adult. Parents are welcome to stay and help. The cost is $55 per child for the two-session project, and all tools and materials are provided. Enrollment is limited to 10 participants with a minimum of 4.
