Pokémon locals at All-Star Sports feature friendly battles with about 15 players typically in attendance. Every participant receives a Prize Pack, top performers earn store credit, players from all age divisions are welcome, and staff are available to help new players and answer questions.

Open play for the Pokemon Trading Card Game takes place at House Rules Lounge, with formats chosen by participants and a typical emphasis on Standard and Expanded. Take on challenges set by the local Professor to earn prizes. Find a competitive opponent, settle in for a relaxed match with someone new, or learn the game for the first time. Alcohol is not permitted in designated play areas under Pokemon League rules, and draft root beer or canned options are available instead. This is a free, drop-in gathering held weekly, with RSVPs available so Professors and Judges can be on hand to assist. Cancellations may occur with advance notice due to holidays or company events.
