A beloved Lowell tradition marks its 40th year at Lowell High School with the Fine Art and Makers Market, returning in full stride after a two-year pause that ended with last year’s comeback. After the stewardship work, Herman’s Boy across the street is a convenient spot to warm up and get something to eat. This collaborative effort contributes to restoring a distinctive urban natural park.
