Spiritual Sisterhood🌱Awakened & Rising Sacred Circle for Women

A nurturing sacred circle for women centers on grounded spiritual wisdom, deeper awareness, self trust, and inner growth. Designed for spiritually aware, energy conscious women awakening to their higher selves, it emphasizes alignment, embodiment, and self leadership within a supportive sisterhood. The gathering meets in person at HIC, with an online option available, though the in person experience is different from attending virtually. This biweekly circle typically begins with practices that settle the nervous system, such as breathwork, meditation, or spiritual grounding, followed by a brief teaching on a selected theme. Topics may include energy hygiene and boundaries, trust in intuition, connecting with the higher self, moving from fear to empowerment, cultivating conscious and sacred self talk, and co creating with spiritual guidance. A facilitated sharing space invites honest expression that is heard with presence, without fixing, judging, or competing. Time for reflection and integration is offered through journal prompts or thoughtful discussion, and the circle concludes with intention setting, an affirmation, or a brief prayer or blessing so participants leave clear, connected, and grounded. The mission is to foster a grounded, conscious community of women living with deeper spiritual awareness and embodied wisdom, supporting one another in aligning with the higher self and embodying love and light. A $15 donation is requested, payable online or in cash for those attending in person.

KCB June Sunset Cruise

A relaxed group bike ride rolls out on the final Friday of each month. Riders meet at the shop, then decide the route and mileage together on the day. In summer, the distance is commonly around 10 to 20 miles, and the pace is set so the group stays together. A social stop partway through for conversation and a drink is typical, and participants can bring a favorite beverage. There is no cost to participate and everyone is welcome. Helmets are strongly encouraged, and lights are required. Suggestions for routes or stops can be shared on the event page.

Drama Kids - Kinder Kids for 4-6 year olds

KinderKids Drama and Acting Classes welcome children in Pre-K and Kindergarten, ages 4 to 6, for playful, skill-building theater activities that encourage clear speaking, confidence, creativity, and early social development. Guided by Ray Smart, known as Mr. Ray, who holds a master’s degree in education and has supported more than 1,500 students in the Mankato area while earning the 2023 Spirit of Youth Award from Mankato Public Schools, the program follows the Drama Kids curriculum across four 30-minute sessions. In the first three classes, the final 10 minutes are devoted to creating a character that students will perform during the fourth and concluding class, when parents are invited to watch. Participation is free with registration required, and enrollment is capped at 15 students. Parents do not attend the class but must remain onsite for the full 30-minute session. These sessions are separate from general admission or membership, and front desk check-in is needed to stay and play afterward. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
