The Warhammer 40K Armageddon Crusade book is required to take part. Across four weeks the story leads to a large Armageddon and Apocalypse style finale, followed by a celebration with raffle drawings. All participants are entered for prizes that include a sealed 500 Worlds campaign book set or a Masters of the Maelstrom game book. No sign up link is needed, and missing a week does not result in penalties. Create a personalized portrait of your animal companion in a guided painting session led by artist and instructor Finn Erickson. Before class, email a clear photo of your pet to SMAC at info@smac-art.org at least 24 hours in advance. Finn will enlarge your image and transfer the outline onto an 8 by 10 inch canvas so you can focus on painting right away. Limit one animal per canvas, and bringing a printed reference photo is encouraged. With the outline prepared, beginners can paint with confidence, and those with more experience will find plenty of room to refine technique and express their own style, resulting in a unique finished piece. The fee is 40 dollars and includes all instruction and supplies. SMAC members receive a 5 dollar discount on ticketed classes. Thanks to support from the Hollister Parks and Recreation Department, Hollister residents are eligible for 50 percent off ticketed classes. The tournament uses Swiss pairings with best-of-three rounds capped at 55 minutes. With 8 players it runs three rounds with no top cut. With 9 to 16 players it runs four rounds followed by a Top 4 cut. With 17 to 32 players it runs five rounds with a Top 8 cut, and with 33 to 64 players it runs six rounds with a Top 8 cut. Plan for a full day of play, with anywhere from four to seven matches possible depending on turnout. Match results must be reported through Playerhub, and a Playerhub account is required to participate. Entry is $15 and the minimum to fire is 8 players. The champion earns a Woody, Jungle Guide Champion playmat, a Woody, Jungle Guide Top 8 foil promo card, and a Woody, Jungle Guide participation promo card. Places two through eight receive a Woody, Jungle Guide Top 8 foil promo card, and all participants receive a Woody, Jungle Guide participation promo card while supplies last. Additional packs are awarded to top players based on participation, and random prize drawings take place between rounds.

Set out from Clevenger Cove for a two hour, moonlit paddleboarding experience on Table Rock Lake that centers on quiet reflection, calm energy, and a sense of connection. Inspired by the Strawberry Moon, the evening leans into soft pinks, sunset hues, and a gentle glow shimmering across the water, with strawberry inspired mocktails adding to the theme as participants drift on calm evening waters and take in a rare full moon view. The gathering begins with a brief grounding moment to slow the pace, breathe, and set a simple intention before a guided night paddle. Two ticket options are available. The Full Experience is $65 and includes a paddleboard, paddle, safety gear, the guided night paddle, and themed mocktails, with only nine boards available. The BYOB option is $45 and includes everything except the board and paddle. BYOB participants must bring personal lighting or glow gear such as LED lights, glow sticks, or a headlamp. Optional items include water shoes, a dry bag, and a towel, and attire in soft pinks, whites, coral, or glow accessories complements the Strawberry Moon theme.
