During the summer and fall, Saturday mornings in Fire Station Park bring a community market with local produce, fresh bakery treats, live plants, and handmade goods from area makers. The market also includes cooking and gardening demonstrations, practical how to sessions, and activities for children. Live Saturday Morning Jams take place at the Huntington Bank Pavilion in the park, making each Saturday a family friendly outing.

Reconnect4Autism, in partnership with Malco Theatres, is hosting a sensory friendly screening of Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie. The theater environment will be adjusted with lower sound and higher lighting to support guests with sensory sensitivities, and attendees are free to move around and make noise without worry. Admission is $8 per adult. Children attend at no charge, and individuals with autism or other special needs of any age are free with a paid adult family member. Siblings are also free. The film is rated PG, runs about 1 hour and 28 minutes, and features a dinosaur adventure with the PAW Patrol crew. Accessibility options include closed captioning devices for those who are deaf or hard of hearing and headphones for those who are visually impaired. Service dogs are welcome, and guests are asked not to pet or distract them while they are working. This is a fragrance free event, so please avoid perfume, cologne, and other strong scents.
