A GriefShare support group for those mourning the death of a loved one meets at Headwaters Covenant Church. Each weekly session includes a video featuring insights from experienced grief counselors and real-life stories, followed by a supportive time to share and receive care. Topics cover what is normal in grief, how to handle difficult emotions, and practical steps for addressing regrets, questions, and worries. Please note that the associated Facebook group is not managed by GriefShare or Church Initiative, and all discussion and content are provided by the group admin.
