Halloween at the BOOtanical Garden 2026

Fayetteville · Cape Fear Botanical Garden, 536 N Eastern Blvd

At Cape Fear Botanical Garden in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Halloween takes on a Wonderland flair with Fayetteville PWC as presenting sponsor. Step into an outdoor, walk-through adventure inspired by Alice’s curious world, where the White Rabbit points the way to whimsical scenes, mysterious gardens, and larger-than-life moments. The theme, Grow, invites exploration of colorful Boo Crew characters reimagined as figures from Wonderland, along with intriguing creatures, fantastical plants, and plenty of Halloween magic. Expect the grounds to glow with thousands of lights and imaginative displays. Trick-or-treat stops are available, so remember to bring a bag. Festivities also include a costume contest, animated elements, abundant photo spots, and a vendor market offering food and beverages. A single designated Dog Night welcomes canine companions, and dogs are admitted free that evening only. Advance tickets are offered at tiered prices. Ages 11 and up are 14 dollars for nonmembers and 12 dollars for members. Children ages 3 to 10 are 9 dollars, and children under 3 are free. Walk-up admission, if available, is first come, first served and priced higher at 25 dollars for nonmembers ages 11 and up, 20 dollars for members ages 11 and up, and 15 dollars for ages 3 to 10. Capacity is limited, so purchasing ahead is the only way to guarantee entry, and this popular event often sells out.
