Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification

Explore the foundations of Reiki in a two-day, 10-hour Level 1 certification rooted in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition. Designed for those drawn to self-care, energy awareness, nervous system support, and compassionate presence, it offers a meaningful starting point for personal development or the first step toward a healing practice. Participants learn the history and core principles of Reiki, grounding and energy-awareness practices, and self-treatment methods in a supportive, embodied learning environment. The training includes a Level 1 attunement, a printed manual, guided hands-on practice, instruction in hand positions for self care, energy and grounding techniques, ethical and responsible practice, tea, and a certificate upon completion. No previous experience is required. The intimate format makes room for practice, integration, questions, and connection.
