Earth Yoga StudioSYSTEMA Martial Arts: Free Trial Class for Beginners
Explore a complimentary beginner-focused introduction to Systema at Triangle Aikido. This free trial class presents a holistic approach that weaves together elements of martial arts, yoga, massage, and meditation into practical skills for everyday life. The training emphasizes moving freely with solid structure and minimal tension, helping participants cultivate natural self-protection while building strength, flexibility, and composure under pressure. Instruction progresses at a comfortable pace for each person. Sessions often open with breathing, movement, and conditioning drills rooted in Russian martial arts to reduce tension and develop resilient bodies. Practice then moves into rolling, safe falling, groundwork, and themed movement exercises. Every class is unique, and improvement is measured through quality of movement, efficiency, and understanding over time. NC Systema is an official school of Systema Vasiliev, and instructors are certified annually by Systema Headquarters in Toronto.
