This floating celebration doubles as a four hour brunch cruise on the Hudson, featuring expansive views of the river and the Manhattan skyline. Guests can relax on outdoor decks and enjoy a brunch buffet while the music plays. A Shakedown Street inspired vendor area adds to the color of the day, with more than twenty sellers offering tie dye, art, jewelry, vintage finds, and other treasures. The atmosphere welcomes longtime Deadheads and new fans alike for a laid back gathering full of dancing, good conversation, and positive vibes. All ages are welcome.

A four hour brunch cruise on the Horizon’s Edge features live Grateful Dead tribute music by Gratefully Yours, Hudson River views, and a brunch buffet. Fully stocked bars operate as cash bars, and beverages such as soda, juice, and alcohol are not included. The experience starts with time to explore a Shakedown-style vendor deck, then the first set begins as guests enjoy brunch and dancing on deck. A set break invites browsing at more than 20 vendors offering tie-dye, art, jewelry, vintage items, and more. The band returns for a second set of Grateful Dead favorites before closing songs and last call bring the celebration to a close, followed by a return to shore. All ages are welcome, creating a relaxed, communal atmosphere for families, friends, and Deadheads.

This Sunday brunch at The Heights Bar & Grill in Hasbrouck Heights highlights sweet picks like Cinnamon French Toast and savory options like the Barnyard Burger and Salmon Sliders. Drink specials include Mimosas and Bellinis with peach, guava, passion fruit, or orange, along with Bloody and Beery Marys and Red Sangria. The music lineup features Brian Collins, John Lepre, Ugly George, and Rick Barth.

Grassroots Community-Space presents a dance session featuring classes for both beginners and intermediate dancers. A previous edition focused on merengue, and the friendly format is designed for newcomers as well as those looking to deepen their skills.
