Free events in Vineland, NJ

Take a break with an adult coloring café at Vineland Public Library. Enjoy tea or coffee while you color in the Community Event Room on the first floor. All supplies are provided. Coloring can help ease stress, support overall wellness, and engage creativity and motor skills. This free program is presented with support from the Friends of the Vineland Public Library. Registration is required.

Poets and poetry enthusiasts gather each month for a friendly potluck-style meetup that celebrates a shared love of verse. Attendees are encouraged to bring a snack to share, and beverages are provided by VHAS. Some gatherings feature special themes to inspire participation. The event can be attended in person at the museum or online through Zoom. Registration is requested to help with planning or to receive Zoom access details. Admission is free, and donations are appreciated.

A free after hours gaming lock-in for teens ages 13 to 18 at Cumberland County Library features Oculus Quest virtual reality along with Xbox Series S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch set up throughout the library. Pizza and snacks will be available. The program is presented by One Up Games, a Massachusetts esports and gaming venue. Registration is required, and a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian is also needed. Permission slips can be picked up in the Children’s Department or completed online during registration. Attendance is limited to registered participants, and the library will be closed to the public during the program. This event is supported by the Friends of the Cumberland County Library.
