Team Motivation Nation is accepting registrations and already includes 12 members. The event aims for a lively, fun experience and will be broadcast live.

Held at Cumberland County Fairgrounds, this 4-H open horse show circuit offers flexible entry options for riders. Participants can sign up for $35 per day or $8 per class, with a two class limit. The Ranch Division is $20 per day or $8 per class, also with a two class limit. Crossing between divisions is permitted. To be considered for Grand and Reserve, competitors must show in three classes.

You’ll learn the basics of mixing glass paint with oil to make colorful abstract patterns, then prepare, paint, and finish pieces for kiln firing. The class covers how to design and assemble items such as earrings, pendants, pins, and charms. Suitable for ages 16 and up, with limited seats for an introductory, guided session.

Join in for a family-friendly day at Gateway Wellness Center’s picnic, with great company, tasty food, and activities for all ages. It runs for three hours and is an in-person event, so bring your whole crew and enjoy a fun afternoon outdoors.

Fate and fortune take the spotlight in an evening of Tarot Bingo that turns learning into play. Explore card meanings as you use newly designed Tarot Bingo cards to mark your board. Snacks and drinks will be available, and shoppers receive 10% off in-store during the event.

Presented by VFD Station 3, this classic road race brings the summer racing season in Vineland to a close with a course that winds through quaint suburban streets. The race starts and finishes at Serene Custard, and every finisher is treated to a small ice cream cone at the end.

During the NJEA break, kids can sign up for creative stage workshops at the LeVoy Arts and Education Center. The program runs as a full workshop session where students will make and explore performance-style projects. Offered for ages 10 to 12 and 13 and up. Cost ranges from $60 to $100.

You’ll work with handmade paper from the Paper Studio and learn the process hands-on during the class. This workshop is for ages 16 and up, with limited class size, and no prior experience is required.

Join Grown Rogue for the next stop in their 5-part hiking series with a community-centered trail walk at Maurice River Bluffs Preserve. This “Second Sunday Sesh” hike includes good nature time, movement, and connection, and it’s welcoming to all humans and furry friends, as long as you follow the park guidelines for pets.

For children ages 2 and under with a caregiver, this session includes stories, songs, and interactive fingerplays. Registration is required.

Designed for readers ages 10 to 12, this party celebrates Suzanne Collins' Gregor the Overlander with book-themed snacks, activities, and challenges, plus time to talk about the story. In the novel, a fall through a laundry room grate sends Gregor into the Underland, a dark realm where humans share space with spiders, rats, and cockroaches. His unexpected arrival is linked to a prophecy, and the search for his missing father draws him into a risky journey that could reshape both him and the world below. A limited supply of free books will be available while they last. Reading the book beforehand is encouraged. Registration is needed.

Take a break with an adult coloring café at Vineland Public Library. Enjoy tea or coffee while you color in the Community Event Room on the first floor. All supplies are provided. At Cumberland County Library, teens ages 13 to 18 can read The Best of All Worlds by Kenneth Oppel and then take part in a relaxed discussion while creating terrariums. The book centers on Xavier Oaks, who goes to a cabin with his dad and his dad’s pregnant wife, Nia, and wakes to find the house mysteriously relocated inside a dome with no one else around. Years pass before another family arrives, prompting questions about escape and why they are trapped. Conflicting views lead to tension, difficult decisions, and sacrifice, with the narrative building toward a powerful examination of how human choices shape everyone’s future. Explore what your dreams may be saying in a five week workshop dedicated to dreams, symbolism, intuition, hypnosis, and self-hypnosis. Participants learn practical methods for dream recall, journaling, and intentional dreaming while developing a personal vocabulary for how the unconscious communicates. Rather than depending on generic dictionaries, the sessions emphasize discovering individual meanings, patterns, and messages. Topics include working with dream figures, cultivating intuition and higher self communication, and using intentional dream practices as tools for insight, creativity, and guidance. Suitable for those new to dreamwork as well as longtime enthusiasts, this experiential format supports building a deeper relationship with the wisdom that appears in dreams.

Hosted at Griswold Home Care, this monthly support group is presented in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association and is facilitated by Carolyn Peterson of Griswold Home Care. It welcomes people living with dementia and their care partners, offering a warm, safe setting to build a network of support, share experiences, and talk through challenges. Participants can swap practical ideas and solutions for daily hurdles, explore coping strategies, express feelings, needs, and concerns, and discover community resources that can help. United Strides Club brings people together for a weekly walk at Cumberland Mall, focusing on better health, friendly connections, and a sense of community. Organized by the Cumberland County Office on Aging & Disabled, the club encourages regular movement in a welcoming setting and offers a simple way to stay active while socializing. Walks set out from the mall’s food court, and participants can look forward to meeting new friends and supporting their wellness with each step.

Poets and poetry enthusiasts gather each month for a friendly potluck-style meetup that celebrates a shared love of verse. Attendees are encouraged to bring a snack to share, and beverages are provided by VHAS. Some gatherings feature special themes to inspire participation.
