Kindergarten Readiness Series with APOT – Kenton (Session 2)
Children ages 3 to 6 can take part in a 45 minute group led by a pediatric occupational therapist that builds the foundations for kindergarten. Across five weeks, sessions cover early academic readiness, social and emotional growth, everyday self care routines, and the development of both gross and fine motor skills, with support for caregivers and children of all abilities.

Enjoy a free outdoor fitness session in the Grove area at Paddock Park led by Dana Robbins of Buffalo Health and Fitness. This Flow Pilates mat class blends precise Pilates work with yoga-inspired movement and breath for a balanced mix of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. The format opens and closes with fluid yoga sequences to support mobility and relaxation, while the middle of the class focuses on targeted isometric holds and pulsing exercises to activate and strengthen muscles. All levels are welcome, with options to modify or intensify as needed. Bring a yoga mat and water. This class is weather dependent, and updates are shared on Facebook.
FREE Outdoor Tuesday Night Yin Yoga
Experience a free outdoor Yin Yoga class at Niawanda Park that invites you to move, stretch, and reset while taking in the scenery. The session blends gentle movement, deep relaxation, and a welcoming sense of community, and it is open to all levels. Bring a yoga mat and water. Class meets by the bandshell.
