After busking in Europe and immersing herself in American roots music, she released five acclaimed albums, including Shout Sister Shout!, which reached No. 2 on the Billboard Top Blues Albums chart. Her new record, Burn the House Down, showcases her raw energy and expansive musical vision. Whether solo or with a full band, her sets are high energy and trance driven, connecting across generations and genres. Presented by The Big Easy in Buffalo, which brings New Orleans and Louisiana music and culture to Western New York through performances, education, and mentoring. Ages 12 and up are welcome, with minors under 16 required to attend with a parent. A government issued ID is required. Tickets range from $35 to $65.
