Veterans Memorial Park hosts a weekly farmers market with seasonal produce and fresh-cut flowers from local growers, along with artisan breads, fruit preserves, pastries, cheeses, culinary oils, and other small-batch specialties. Goods come straight from area farms and makers for simple farm-to-home shopping. Weather permitting, there is a free yoga class with no pre-registration required, and live music adds to the atmosphere. Please bring your own mat for yoga. Vendors include Amazing Momo, Amelia’s florist and farm market, Anderson + Joy, Biscuit and Bones LLC, Crumbs & Comfort by Nicole, DoughCo Bagels, Elizabeth’s Vegan Bakery, Fifth State Distillery, Honey Bee Flower Truck, Mad Kneady Cottage Bakery, On The Brew Coffee Company, Saint X Foods, Pickles Olives Etc, and Waterview Farm, with Amazing Momo, Anderson + Joy, Crumbs & Comfort by Nicole, and Honey Bee Flower Truck participating part time.

Auditions invite experienced singers to reconnect with choral music through the Greenwich Choral Society. The chorus focuses on high level performance in a friendly, supportive setting and is open to those who sang in college as well as singers returning after a long break. Regular rehearsals take place on Tuesday evenings at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Riverside, Connecticut, and performances are presented in Greenwich and neighboring areas. Plans include a partnership with the Greenwich Symphony Orchestra for two performances of Verdi’s Requiem.

This casual gathering offers a chance to learn how to play Pokémon, challenge other players, and trade cards in a friendly, low-pressure setting. It is open to all ages and skill levels. Admission is free.
