Explore one of southwest Ohio’s largest solar installations on a guided visit to Bowyer Farm’s 140-acre, 28 MW agrivoltaic grazing site, where hundreds of sheep are rotationally grazed beneath a commercial solar array. Walk the farm with hosts and shepherds Amanda Wilson and Brady Kirwan of Ohio Solar Grazing as they demonstrate and discuss their role in this operation. Park at the farm pavilion for a brief introduction, then ride a shuttle to the nearby grazing site and back. Wear appropriate shoes and clothing for a field tour. Attendance is limited to 30 people and pre-registration is required. Registration will close when spots are filled.
