Midweek Reset
Press pause midweek with a gentle creative reset at Studio 13. This guided session weaves together mindfulness, simple meditative drawing, and slow paced art to help you unwind, refocus, and reconnect with yourself. You will explore mandalas, zen doodles, and other calming patterns, and no prior art experience is required. You are welcome to journal or simply sit quietly, arriving as you are and letting creativity unfold at a comfortable pace. The session is intended for adults and mindful youth who can sit, draw, and participate appropriately. It is not designed for toddlers or very young children who may need screens, constant attention, or who might become restless. It suits anyone feeling overstimulated and needing a moment, overthinkers ready to give the mind a break, doom scrollers seeking a grounding practice, teens looking for a quiet place to wind down, and anyone craving calm in the middle of the week. Expect soft music, gentle doodle prompts, mandala templates, a quiet and cozy atmosphere, and all supplies provided. It follows a drop in format, so you can arrive at any point during the session and stay briefly or linger as you like, with no set start time or pressure.
