Instead of simply listening to songs, participants create the beat while moving through a full-body session that fuses cardio, conditioning, and strength work with yoga and Pilates inspired sequences. Using Ripstix, the lightly weighted drumsticks built for exercise, this format channels big sound and bigger effort into an effective sweat. Designed for every fitness level, it offers an upbeat space to let loose, boost energy, tone from head to toe, and have fun making noise.

Gain strength and build community through a recovery-focused book club that reads together and talks openly. Guided by Second Chance Connections, the group explores literature that encourages growth and then invites honest sharing in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. The aim is lasting peer support and a network of people who understand the recovery journey. No heavy reading is required. Participants read during the session, and conversation is at the heart of the experience. Fellowship and support are emphasized, with no pressure and no judgment. The gathering is hosted by Michael, who has celebrated years of sobriety since 2018. He serves the recovery community as a state-certified recovery specialist, a certified mental health coach, and a ministry leader for Recovery Alive at Living Faith Church, while continuing his studies at Liberty University.

This Overeaters Anonymous meeting at Dutilh Church welcomes individuals including those who identify as anorexic, bulimic, compulsive overeaters, compulsive exercisers, emotional eaters, food addicts, or orthorexic. It is open to anyone interested in the OA program, such as students, support people, and healthcare professionals, with the expectation that visitors respect participants' anonymity. The meeting space is fully wheelchair accessible. Enter through the preschool entrance, continue straight to the end of the hallway, and the meeting room will be on the left. Visitor etiquette for observing the meeting is available online.

A 15 dollar Dojo fee covers free play on all games, and there is a 5 dollar tournament fee that is paid out in full. This event is BYOB. Players who arrive after play begins receive one strike for each round missed.

The event returns to 68's Feed Mill, with BOLO starting the night and birthday celebrations for Dan Slide and Collin Farren adding to the occasion.
