Rivals is launching a West Marches style Dungeons & Dragons campaign that centers on exploration and collaboration. Parties set out from a safe town hub to probe a sprawling and perilous wilderness, with each outing designed to begin and end within one session. Players can maintain multiple characters and rotate who takes part each time, and the group keeps shared maps and logs to track what has been found. Scheduling is arranged by the players rather than the Dungeon Master, so sessions happen when participants coordinate them. The cost is $25 per season, covering Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

Call captures Mick Jagger’s moves and charisma, while Bollendorf channels Keith Richards, and together they perform as the Glimmer Twins. The show emphasizes tight musicianship and careful detail, delivering faithful renditions of beloved Rolling Stones songs.

Take part in a multiplayer 40K battle built around respawns and point scoring. The entry fee is $25, and members receive $5 in store credit from their entry. Participants receive a White Dwarf Magazine, house drinks and snacks, a 9 inch personal pizza with three toppings from Primanti Brothers, a $5 gift card, and a special Games Workshop discount during the event. Bring up to three units, which can be a mix of troops, characters, monsters, or vehicles. Point values only come into play when a unit is eliminated. The player who takes it out earns battle points equal to that unit’s value, which contribute toward prizes at the end. Initiative each round is randomized with a deck of playing cards, one card per unit, resolved from low to high. When activating, deploy any unit that is off the table by rolling a d6 to select one of six 2 by 2 foot sections on a 4 by 6 foot board, place it along the table edge in that section, then proceed with a normal 40K turn. Each battlefield has two objective markers. At the end of a round, a unit on an objective scores its controller objective points equal to that unit’s value, provided there are at least two players at the same table. Units can respawn as often as you like, even on a different table, and eliminations earn store credit for your kills. Prizes in store credit will be awarded for Most Points Earned, Most Ones Rolled, Most Higher Point Units Eliminated By A Lower Point Unit, and the Unit Eliminated Most Often. All 40K players are welcome, whether models are painted or not.

American Legion hosts a performance by the Mack Berry Band, a Western Maryland group formed in 2023.
