Participants can compete for numerous awards, including Best in Show, Rat Rod, Custom, Muscle, Foreign, Motorcycle, Pre-'49, Trucks, Classic, Jeep, 2WD Truck Van SUV, and 4WD Truck Van SUV. Every car entry receives a goodie bag, and the first 50 entries also receive a dash plaque. Drivers with automatic convertible tops can take part in the Convertible Top Race. Registration is available upon arrival or online in advance. Proceeds support the American Cancer Society with direct assistance for cancer patients in York County and help fund Genesis Church community outreach initiatives. A portion of food truck sales benefits the New Salem PTO. Craft vendors and local organizations can request a vendor spot, and donations to the silent auction such as gift cards, services, and gift baskets are welcome. The event uses the Core constructed format and runs Swiss rounds with a possible top cut depending on turnout. With 8 players there are three rounds and no top cut. With 9 to 16 players there are four rounds and a cut to Top 4. With 17 to 32 players there are five rounds and a cut to Top 8. Capacity is limited to 24 players, so pre-registration is encouraged. Every participant receives a championship exclusive promo, Top 8 players also receive a foil Top 8 promo, and the champion earns 30 percent of the store credit prize pool plus a champion playmat. Second place receives 20 percent. Third and fourth receive 15 percent. Fifth through eighth receive 5 percent.
