While running a birth doula business, she completed training in prenatal and postpartum yoga and has woven that expertise into her work with pregnant and postpartum clients ever since. Her teaching blends strength building for birth and new parenthood with space for breath and mindfulness to navigate the unpredictability of pregnancy, birth, and parenting. Off the mat, she serves as a Perinatal Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coach with Prospera and works in women’s health at the nonprofit CARE.org, bringing a holistic perinatal perspective to her classes.
