This FREE event is packed full of hands-on, choose-your-own adventure learning including interactive booths designed to teach the littles about future careers and possibilities in STEM. From educators and makers to nonprofits and industry professionals, it's the perfect day-time activity for kiddos age 10-14.

At Way Fruit Farm, a family-friendly harvest celebration highlights apples and pumpkins. Hop on a wagon for a ride to the pumpkin patch, enjoy musical performances, and browse a big craft fair. Food vendors will be on site, with Hearth & Harvest serving pierogi, Polish combo plates, sandwiches, slushies, chicken on a stick, falafel bowls, and more. The farm setting offers a warm place to savor favorite fall traditions.

Central Conference #3 brings the Harvest Fields Frenzy together with a celebration of the season’s achievements, featuring the Conference Series awards presented at the event. It is noted as the thirteenth event in Pit Zone. Climb Nittany is offering a $9 option that includes equipment and a day pass on Friday and Saturday when you mention PICL.

The Halloween Spooktacular Show centers on barrels and poles with a festive costume twist. Competitors in barrels and poles who arrive in costume will be entered into a random drawing for a trophy halter. A costume parade welcomes adults and kids, and prizes are included. Separate costume classes recognize ages 16 and up and ages 15 and under, with awards for the top five in each. If entries exceed 50, the open barrels class will move to a 4D format. There is also a boyfriend and dad barrel race that is strictly for amateurs and will be monitored as such.
