A free 14-day martial arts trial is available for children ages 4 and up in Lodi and surrounding areas. The trial offers access to multiple weekly classes that fit busy family schedules, with instruction focused on discipline, self defence, and proper technique. Participants train in a fun, structured setting that supports confidence, focus, and fitness, all within a welcoming community. All experience levels are welcome, and everything needed for the trial is provided. Space is limited to 12 children, and siblings are encouraged.

Taking place at Tuskes Park, this second annual car, truck, and bike show welcomes all makes and models. Spectator admission is free, and show vehicles are $10. Food trucks and vendors will be available, and there will be activities for kids so the whole family can enjoy the day. Trophies will be awarded.

Festival de la Mariposa brings an arts-focused celebration of Latin and Hispanic heritage to Dansbury Park. In Spanish, mariposa means butterfly, a symbol of movement, migration, and connection that speaks to Latin identity, and it is also associated with ancestors visiting loved ones. The program includes a salsa dance contest and a live performance by Fusia Center for the Arts, music from a live DJ, an exhibition of work by local artists, a food cook-off, food trucks serving Latin cuisine, a vendor marketplace that includes Latin-owned businesses, and hands-on art and cultural activities. Created to honor and share Latin culture, the event is designed for both people who grew up with these traditions and those discovering them for the first time. Presented by Pocono Center for the Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, in collaboration with Fusia Center for the Arts and the Stroud Regional Open Space and Recreation Commission.
