This ten week training in Thai yoga and partner assisted stretching treats the experience as a shared practice for both the giver and the receiver. The approach invites presence and deep, steady breathing while easing tension and self judgment. Supported stretches help clear energetic pathways and encourage a sense of calm and comfort. The curriculum blends whole body partner techniques with an introduction to energy line theory. By the end, graduates are prepared to offer a 60 minute holistic Thai yoga class or a private stretch session. The program is led by Chris Loebsack. Tuition is $475 for the first five registrations, $550 when registering two months in advance, and $600 at the regular rate. Enrollment includes a training manual and certification upon completion. A one evening drop-in option is $60 if space allows, with preference given to students enrolled in the full program, and manuals are not provided for drop-ins. A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a spot. Because space is limited, refunds are not available within one month of the start.
