    Presented by the Parks and Recreation Division with support from Coastal Credit Union, My Greene Team, Pamela Hughes, Bandits Baseball Club, Dupuis Oil, and The Washington Trust Company, this free ninety minute concert brings Nickel Jukebox back to Pawtucket's Veterans Memorial Amphitheater. The returning favorite delivers Motown, blues, and rock classics with a fresh twist that keeps audiences moving. Parking is available in the City Hall lot. During the show, Parks and Recreation will collect canned and other nonperishable food items to benefit the Blackstone Valley Food Center. Performances may be canceled if inclement weather is expected, with the possibility of a rescheduled date, and updates are shared on the Pawtucket Parks and Recreation and Pawtucket's Veterans Memorial Amphitheater Facebook pages.

    Free beginner West Coast Swing lessons take place on the Providence Pedestrian, also known as the Michael Van Leesten Bridge, presented by First on the Floor as part of the Providence Fitness in the Parks series. These outdoor sessions welcome brand new dancers, no partner or prior experience needed, and they are free to attend. After the instruction, the gathering continues with open social dancing under the skyline, with optional contributions supporting that portion of the evening. The season also features occasional themed nights to keep things fresh for the community. Participants are asked to check in and complete the required Providence Parks Activities Waiver, so arriving a bit early can help. On certain dates the free beginner lesson pauses due to holiday or special programming, while social dancing or other activities may still be offered.

Clarke has performed in Japan, Canada, Singapore, and in more than forty U.S. states, and will appear on the stage located between the Park Office and the Daggett House, across from the tennis courts. The Slater Park Looff Carousel is next to the performance area. Admission is free. If weather is a concern, the show may move to the Slater Park Pavilion.
