Annual Earth Day clean up 2026
An Earth Day community cleanup in Baxter Village will be held at Baxter Close YMCA. Volunteers will collect litter and help spruce up the neighborhood. Supplies such as gloves, litter grabbers and bags will be provided. Dress for outdoor work with clothing that can get dirty, wear sturdy shoes or boots, and be prepared for the weather. Scouts, Beta Club members, faith communities and other groups are welcome. Participants will include Alpha Soccer Academy players along with their parents and families.
Baxter Close YMCAWalking Club
Participants gather as a group, walk one mile through downtown, then return for drink specials and conversation. It is a simple plan... a city stroll followed by a relaxed social hour.
PINT & PAINT Night!
Pint & Paint Night offers a relaxed painting experience priced at $35 per person. Each participant works on a pre-sketched canvas with step-by-step guidance and has access to all the paints, brushes, and tools needed for success. The setting is lighthearted and focused on learning with plenty of laughs, so even if a new technique does not click right away, the memories are part of the fun. Arrive early to pick your seat and enjoy a bite to eat, as seating is not assigned during registration. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the class day. Interest Meeting – Carolina Eclipse FC
An interest meeting for Carolina Eclipse Football Club will be held at Helen Adams Realty in Fort Mill. The session focuses on the club’s high-performance approach to development, including how players train, compete, and progress over time. Attendees can meet the coaching staff, hear the training philosophy, review program details and expectations, and participate in a Q&A with staff. The discussion also highlights what sets the club apart.
